The Alpha Phase Sprint phase summarizes the expected schedule:

The expected plan of this stage is to realize the basic function of playing hamster game, including: Game function, difficulty adjusting function, chronograph function, counting scoring function, DIY setting function, fractional recording function.

Actual progress:

During the three-week Alpha Sprint program development, the main goal has been achieved, and now only two are left in the research and development state. The first is the DIY setup function, this feature we encountered a number of technical problems, because the user-defined images can not be combined with our materials so did not complete (function similar to the QQ in the user's Avatar plus accessories function). Next is the score recording function, this score recording function is required to add the user's avatar to record in the database, due to the part of the previous function, resulting in this function is not completed.

Process experience:

In this phase we are using the agile development of the software development model, let us recognize the advantages of team development and efficiency, while we join the end of the programming approach, so that our development can be faster and more complete.

Next stage Outlook:

In the next development phase we will step through the expected target of the alpha version, while optimizing our program and adding new features to the program goal: adding authentication and sharing capabilities.
