In fact, existing Firefox extensions have such similar functions. The famous extension fasterfox in Firefox has completed such similar functions. After installation, select Custom in options-> presets, select the cache tab, and set the DNS Cache expires value to 0, you can perform DNS query every time. After the hosts of the local machine is set, access via Firefox takes effect in real time. The side effect is that all access requests must be queried by DNS, which has some impact on the loading speed of Firefox. However, due to the fast speed of DNS query, the query speed is not very high, so there is no problem.
