1. Deploy DokuWiki

Create a new Doku folder in the D:\xampp\htdocs (XAMPP installation directory) and extract the DokuWiki installation package to the Doku folder. Open in Browser

http://localhost:81/doku/install.php (my Apache port 81), after installation, delete install.php

2. Templates, plugins

Https://www.dokuwiki.org/extensions

Download the template to the LIB/TPL directory and select it in the management-configuration settings.

Plugins can be installed through the admin-plugin Manager
