Double Lookup for complex replacements

This is going to use a double lookup method.

Open the paper document with WPS text. Press ctrl+f shortcut, bring up the Find and Replace dialog box, and enter "^$^#" in the Find what (excluding the outer double quotes). below), and tick "highlight all items found in this range", select "Main Document" in the dropdown below (Figure 1), and then click the "Find All" button, Click on the "Close" button, you can put all the English letters immediately followed by a combination of Arabic numerals selected.

Next, do not cancel the selected state just now, press the CTRL+F key again, bring up the Find and Replace dialog box, in Find what, enter "^#" and tick "highlight all items found in this range", select "Current Selection" in the Drop-down below (Figure 2), and click "Find All", Then click "Close" to exit.

At this point, you will find that all the numbers in the formula are selected, while the numbers in the other positions are not selected. Another example was presented by a writer. There is a character in her novel called Wang Chunfang. The novel almost finished, she felt should give Wang Chunfang take a small name "small Fang", and all the dialogue in the "Wang Chunfang" are changed to "Small Fang." However, in the narrative of the dialogue, but also to retain the "Wang Chunfang" name. In other words, the double quotes in the "Wang Chunfang" are changed to "Small Fang", and the outside quotation marks do not change. How does this work? With the previous step, all the double quotes and the contents of the article are selected. Press the CTRL+H key again, bring up the Replace tab of the Find and replace panel, enter "Wang Chunfang" in Find what, and enter "Small Fang" in "Replace with" (Figure 5).
