Excel Table Wrap Line

In Excel cells, we often enter text when we find that if you do not manually wrap the line, it will exceed the width of the cell, may occupy other B1 or C1 cells (as shown below), of course, I believe you should know! Excel Shortcut "ALT + ENTER" is a manual wrap. This is mainly to tell you how to set "Word wrap " in Excel, so that we will save the step of manual wrapping.

　　Method of automatic line wrapping in Excel2003

First, open the Excel table, and then Select the range of cells where you want to wrap the lines. click cell in the Format cell in the menu bar, select Align in the Format Cells window that pops up, and then--text control--the following line of "Auto wrap" check, OK, OK.

Tip: Only the area you select in Excel can wrap automatically, and the other range of cells must be selected again to set the line.

or select the range of cells that you want to wrap, and then find the Wrap button on the Start tab, which is much more efficient than Excel2003. As shown in figure:
