After some searching, I realized that it was caused by the security settings in Vista and win7"Netsh.exeYou can add http: // +: 8000/testservice to the security settings by using the following command:

Netsh HTTP add urlacl url =Http: // ++: 8000/User = domain \ Username

But here, I don't want to use the doscommand. It feels as complicated as configuring a vro. At this moment, a tool came into view:Httpnamespacemanager

With this tool, you can quickly add httpnamespace to the security configuration. After adding http: // +: 8000/testservice, the exception is eliminated.
