First, you need to verify that your mail account has been configured successfully. If you do not have a successful configuration, you may not be able to connect to the server, which may result in offline work or an error alert.
If you have confirmed that the mail account confirmation is configured correctly, but still work offline frequently, to manually reconfigure Outlook settings again, create a new profile step:
1, click the "Start" menu-"Control Panel", in the "Classic View" under View, and then find Mail (mail) icon;
2, after opening, on the "General" tab, click "Show Profile", then click "Add", enter the name of the profile and click OK;
3, in the newly opened window, confirm select "E-mail Account", click "Next", select "Manually configure server settings or other service types", and click Next;
4, select "Internet email", click Next. Fill in the relevant information again, and then select the "Test Account Settings" on the right;
5, if the test is successful, click "OK", and then return to the main page, confirm that the selected is "prompted to use the profile";
Reopen Outlook, and configure the account carefully to confirm that the problem exists.
If Outlook uses a domain account to log on to the computer, after working offline, click to cancel offline work and prompts for the account password, enter the password or not after the words. This may be that the Outlook mail account is synchronized with the domain account, when the password expires in the domain account, and the account is locked.
Workaround: Try changing the domain account password for the logged on computer, then exit the system or reboot the computer before logging in to resolve the problem. If the account is locked, please contact the company IT administrator.
