1,Condition indexes:
Conditional indexing is a function in pricing and is not frequently used. However, given that there is very little information about conditional indexing, this article will give a brief introduction.
You can create a Condition Index to query specific condition-type records, such as all condition records about a certain item.
Example: A company sells 100032 of its products, and the materials have the following types of prices:
The sales unit price is pr00, which is maintained according to the sales organization, distribution channel, material maintenance or sales organization, distribution channel, customer, and material maintenance;
Sales discount k004, which is maintained based on the sales organization, distribution channel, and materials
The cross-company sales unit price is pi01, which is maintained according to the sales organization, delivery factory, and materials;
We want to be able to query the various condition types of the item at the same time, and then we can use the condition index function.
2,System settings:
A)Condition TypePr00,K004,Pi01Mark the conditional index indicator. (Transaction code:V/06)
B)Set conditional index table
Icon 1: Maintain the condition type, that is, set the condition type to price update
Icon 2: A Condition table that maintains the index. which fields are contained in the condition table of the Index? The system has defined the index condition table for the item. Of course, we can also customize the condition table used for the index.
Icon 3: fields allowed in the condition table are defined here.
Icon 4: Create a condition index. This is to create an index for the condition record before the index. It should be translated into a restructured condition table for the index.
Icon 5: Activate the conditional Index
A pre-defined condition table for indexing. (The corresponding database transfer table is kotfxxx, and the condition Table 001 corresponds to kotf001)
C)Activation condition index table(Transaction codeV/I1)
The condition table (001) that contains the index of the item. By default, the system is in the inactive status. Set activation and select requirement 002.
In this example, demand 002 represents the condition type of the keyword combination as long as there is material (without meeting the sales organization, analysis channel, material combination, demand 001 ), then the maintained condition record is updated to the index.
3,Condition record maintenance
The transaction code vk11 creates three condition types (pr00, k004, and pi01), and each of the four records contains material 10143.
After the conditional index is activated and the condition type is maintained, when the recommended index conditions are met, the system updates the index's condition table. In this example, the table kotf001s will be updated.
4,Search records by index
Transaction code vk13: click "select with index" and select "materials, sales organization, and distribution channel'
We can see four pricing records containing item 10143
Sales discount k004, 3 RMB/kg
External sales unit price pr00 for the sales organization ct00, Distribution Channel 10 is 1000 yuan/kg
External sales unit price: pr00: 101 for specific customers; unit price: 1100 RMB/kg
The price for inter-company sales (internal transaction) is only 100 yuan
Summary:
1. If the company's pricing is complicated and there are many condition types used, you can use the condition index for a general query.
2. All indexes have two sides. Execution of reports is faster, but it also occupies system space and may affect performance. (For example, when creating a price primary data, the system also needs to update one more conditional table for indexing.
