VISUALSVN Server Installation 1, viewing the system environment

Cmd-> systeminfo System Type x86-based PC is the 32 bit otherwise bit X64. 1 for Win server2003 32 bit.

2. Download VisualSVN Server

: https://www.visualsvn.com/server/download/

2 different versions are not the same for the system environment. Select 1 in the computer-compatible version of the download, here is an example to select 2.2.7 download.

3. Click to install

4. Set installation path, warehouse path and port number

5. Successful Installation

VISUALSVN server uses to create project project names

Right-click Repository and select Create New Repository.

Project file Structure

Choose either an empty folder or an SVN default structure.

Project Default member Permissions

The general default Project permission owner is not read and write, and the corresponding person is read and written according to the requirement.

Finish creating Get Warehouse URL

The creation succeeds, returns the warehouse address, copies the address, the other person can use this to visit.

User Management Add Users

Right-click the user Create New user and enter your account number and password.

Project member Management

Right-click Project Select Properties ... Security sets Read and write permissions to the corresponding person.

2. Download Tortoise SVN Client

Https://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html

Select the appropriate version of your computer to download, here to Win7 64-bit example download 1.9.4-64bit.

You can choose a language pack if you need it.

3, click Install 4, install complete Tortoise SVN use Export project 1, choose Local Storage folder, right-click SVN Checkout ...

2, enter the project warehouse URL address everywhere path export

3. Enter your account password

You can choose to remember your account password and avoid typing it later.

4. Successful Export

Submit Project 1, right-click SVN commit

2. Select Submit content and add description

Add the necessary descriptions for convenient tagging and later lookups

3. Successful Submission

Update Item 1, right-click SVN Update

2. Update complete

The update failed here because the local is already up to date.
