System Center POC deployment preparation

1. Installation program preparation

Download the following installation image or program:

Windows Server 2012 r2

System Center 2012 R2 (vmm \ app \ cm \ om \ Sm \ DPM \ orchestrator)

Cloud Services pack (cloud service integration package)

SQL Server 2012

Sharepoint Server 2010 or SharePoint Foundation Server

SQL Server 2008 r2

Starwind Simulated Storage

Adk 8.1

I have put these programs on my Baidu Network Disk http://pan.baidu.com/s/1?oxa, And the password is avbr,The installation image provided by the online storage is for testing only. If you want to use it in the production environment, please purchase genuine software.

2. Prepare the host server, network, and storage

Connect the host machine and the switch. Each host machine connects two network cables for Nic load balancing;

If there is storage, connect the storage to the host at this time. In this test environment, use starwind to simulate storage.

3. Host Machine Installation server 2012 R2 Operating System

The Windows Server 2012 R2 operating system is installed on three host servers. The three hpdl380 servers provided by the customer can directly use the Windows Server 2012 R2 installation disk to install the operating system without boot disks. The hard disks of the three servers are allocated as follows:

Servera:

C: 100 GB (operating system) D: 100 GB (storing installer and image) E: 1 Tb (storing virtual machines)

Serverb:

C: 100 GB (operating system) D: 100 GB (storing installer and image) E: 1 Tb (storing virtual machines)

Serverc:

C: 100 GB (operating system) E: 2 TB (storing virtual machines and virtual hard disks)

The C disk is divided during the operating system installation, and the other disks are divided by Computer Management-disk management after the system is installed.

Operating system installation (because the Server Installation Process is inconvenient, the following is the virtual machine installation process, as long as you enter the operating system installation interface, the installation process is the same for the host server and Virtual Machine ):

1) after mounting the disk to Windows Server 2012 R2, start the disk and go to the installation page, as shown in. click Next.
