Step two: Go to QT official website http://qt-project.org/downloads download 2 software.
1, download and install the VS2008 compiled QT Library 4.8:

2. Download the QT Integration plugin that installs VS2008:Http://download.qt-project.org/official_releases/vsaddin/qt-vs-addin-1.1.11-opensource.exe2.
