1. If the installation fails, open IE and click "tools-Internet Options;

2. Click "content" in the pop-up dialog box to find the "poster" button below;

3. Click the "untrusted publisher" tab and delete the publisher;

4. Select "Adobe Systerms Incoperated" and click "delete". You can try again to see if the installation is successful.
