Fault symptom:
The Lenovo G480 Win8 system model uses the IE10 browser to play an online video: "You have not installed the Flash Player. Please click here to install it"
Solution:
1. Go to IE browser and open the tool in the upper right corner (as shown in the figure) ---- manage the add-on;
2. Check whether the Shockwave flashObject add-on in IE 10 is disabled. If disabled, start the add-on;
3. If the problem persists, download the Microsoft patch from the Microsoft website.
Http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink? LinkId = 252627 (click to download the 64-bit operating system)
Http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink? LinkId = 252626 (for 32-bit operating systems, click here to download)
4. If the above solution cannot be solved, you can try to re-register the Flash plug-in with IE browser. The specific method is as follows:
(1) WIN + X click "command prompt (administrator )";
(2) enter "regsvr32 jscript. dll" in the input box and press enter (not including double quotation marks). Click OK;
(3) in the input box, enter "regsvr32 vbscript. dll", press enter "double quotation marks excluded", and click "OK;
(4) 64-bit system input "cd C: WindowsSyswow64MacromedFlash" and press enter (double quotation marks not included)
32-bit system input "cd C: WindowsSystem32MacromedFlash" and press enter (not including double quotation marks)
(5) enter "regsvr32 Flash. ocx" and press enter (double quotation marks excluded)
Note:If you enter regsvr32 jscript. dll, the system prompts that the dllregisterserver call failed, as shown in the following figure:
Note:The command line window is not run as administrator. Please WIN + X "select command prompt (administrator)" and run the command again according to the above operation.
