However, in the long run, this practice has some potential advantages. Every partner will provide you with more contact channels, richer marketing techniques, helping you discover potential competitors, and even become the person who buys you.
Because we are too confident and have not given priority to our development partners, we missed the opportunity to develop closer relationships with TV networks such as CBS, fremantlemedia and GSN. They later said that if there is more cooperation and better understanding of our value, we may be paid.
One thing I learned is that informal relationships are sometimes useful and can be established without much time. Simply visiting the decision makers of other companies will help develop the relationship and goodwill between the two sides.
In this section, we can simply say that you should never forget to establish partnerships with others in different periods, in the near future, it may bring a return to you. We need to improve our network of relationships. This society is not independent, but through two-way communication, such as collaboration and communication. Here, I think of a small story that Tang Jun told me in an interview, that is, the relationship he established with a colleague during his work at Microsoft, in the end, I was able to build a Microsoft China team in Shanghai.
