PHP date/time function
Definitions and usage
The Gmdate () function formats the GMT/UTC date/time.

Similar to the date () function, the difference is that the time returned is Greenwich Standard (GMT).

Gmdate (Format,timestamp)
Parameter description
Format is optional. Specify how the results are returned.
Timestamp optional.
Tips and comments
Note: Before PHP 5.1.0, a negative timestamp (the date before 1970) does not work on some systems (for example, Windows).
Example 1
When running the following program in China (GMT +0800), the first line shows "01 2000 00:00:00", while the second line shows "Dec 31 1999 16:00:00".
