Format problem-optimization software (equal sign and greater than or equal sign)

Someone asked me last month that the expressions of constrains in general optimization software only show equal signs and greater than or equal to signs. If there are actual constraints that are greater than or not equal to, how can we deal with them. (I am a single person in the case of continuous issues ).
I didn't know how to answer the question at the beginning. I forgot how to solve the problem. ProgramBut think carefully about this in the OPT tool of MATLAB. Such a large company will not ignore this issue.
I finally want to understand it!
There seems to be no difference between a greater than and a greater than or equal to, such as 0.001> 0, 0.0000001> 0, 0.000000001 = 0?
The key to greater than and greater than or equal to is whether it can be equal to 0. If the solution to your problem cannot be equal to 0, and the solution you obtain is 0, you can change 0 to 0.000001 or a pretty good approximate solution, it is a good feasible solution, but what does it mean? Most of the time, your model has problems.
Another case is that Q (x) appears on the denominator, so Q (x )! = 0, but Q (x) = 0.00000001 has the same effect,
The computer font length is limited, so you only have to look for the numerical processing skills to see how to change the function format ..
