Planned Receiving date:
This is the date on which parts are expected to be inspected and placed into the warehouse (inventory parts are the pick-up location, non-inventory and no-number parts are the arrival location ). As long as no date is modified, the date in the planned Receiving date column is the same as the date in the receiving Date Field on the purchase order title. This date can be manually changed directly in this column. This date must be workday, unless required by the order lineCodeInternal direct purchase or direct purchase orders are allowed for non-working days. When you change the planned delivery date, expected delivery date, or promised delivery date, the system calculates the planned receipt date using the formula below: Planned receipt date = planned delivery date + internal time + internal check time. The internal time is calculated by calendar day and can be retrieved from the supplier's supply chain matrix. The internal inspection time is calculated on workdays and specified for a specific supplier and procurement component combination. If the calculation result of the date to be received is not a working day, the system will forward the date to the first available working day.
Planned delivery date:
The date on which the goods are to be delivered to the recipient's address, which is specified on the purchase order line. This date can be non-workday. The following formula calculates the planned delivery date: Planned delivery date = planned receipt date-internal time-internal check time. This date can be manually updated directly in this column. Any changes are recorded in the history of the purchase order line.
Expected Delivery Date:
We expect suppliers to deliver parts to the date of the Protocol address. This date will be printed on the document and sent to the vendor. If no manual changes are made, the date in this field is the same as the planned delivery date. If the expected delivery date has been updated, the planned delivery date is the same as the promised delivery date. The planned receipt date is calculated using the planned delivery date formula. Any changes are recorded in the history of the purchase order line.
Promised delivery date:
This is the date on which the supplier has agreed or confirmed delivery to the agreed position. In the early stages of a purchase order, we assume that this date is the same as our expected delivery date. At a later stage, after receiving the order confirmation, this date represents the date on which the supplier undertakes to deliver the parts to the agreed position. The value in this field cannot be changed manually. To change this value, use the confirm difference menu option in the Order title.
