One, save the document

　Two, remove embed TrueType fonts

Embedding TrueType fonts in your document increases the size of your document. Select the tools → Options command on the menu bar, switch the pop-up Options dialog box to the Save tab, and if you are sure your document does not embed TrueType fonts, deselect the Embed TrueType fonts checkbox if you embed TrueType fonts and select Embed only the characters used and do not embed common system fonts check box to embed only the font styles used in the document, reducing the size of the document.

The picture is inserted in the document and is an important reason for the sudden expansion of the document. It is recommended to insert small size pictures, large size pictures, the use of graphics tools to reduce their long width. The best picture format is gif, JPG and so on, less use of high color pictures.

　　Iv. Delete old versions

If more than one version is saved in the same document, the size of the file is increased. Select the file → version command on the menu bar to see if there are any other versions of the document in the pop-up dialog box. If there are other versions, you can reduce the document bytes by removing the old version without saving value.
