For an individual, it is totally uncontrollable to enter the Organization to meet any colleagues or superiors. It is totally uncontrollable for others to like or dislike you. Do not try to change others, or try to distort your own heart, but try to change your environment. Find someone who likes you, admire your superiors, and work there. In this way, fewer people will suffer from cancer because of their work.

Work is a little bit like love and marriage, you have to find the right person, the right place. There is only one extreme exception: no matter how many jobs you have changed, they are out of place.
