Libreoffice is a powerful open-source office software, formerly known as OpenOffice. It supports windows, Macintosh, and Linux platforms.
The suite provides users with six unique features for daily document processing and data management, including writer, Calc, impress, draw, math, and base. These six special applications can be used to process documents, workbooks, slide presentations, image processing, mathematical formula writing, and database management.
Recently, the official version of libreoffice 4.3 was released. This version is the eighth major version since September 2010. It has brought some noteworthy user interface adjustments and performance improvements, the most significant change is the startup Center interface. The writer program improves the import of PDF documents, and also includes many other minor adjustments and bug fixes.
