In recent projects, you need System Center Services Manager to automate the rendering of service requests to users, using Microsoft's own CSPP (cloud services Process Pack) for testing. I've had some minor problems with deployment, so let's share
Specific deployment screenshots I don't enumerate, deployment is very simple, you can refer to the official library or some blog posts, my environment is based on the Windows Server R2+system Center R2; here's how SCSM2012 R2 use CSPP for SC2012 SP1 is no problem
The installation is divided into two parts, the above CSPP is to be installed on your SCSM Management Server, remember is SCSM Management Server, not SCSM DW Management Server, the second is to install on the orchestrator Management Server, if your SCO is All-in-one, So just install it, and if it's a distributed deployment, like designer and Runbook server are all disconnected, then choose the right machine.
Notice the second error; Prompt the current user does not belong to the SCO Management group user or the administrator who does not belong to this server, perhaps everybody may feel strange, when the deployment of the user added to the Sco_admins group, and even now using the domain administrator, how will the error? In fact, because the SCO server is missing a local user group, that is, "orchestratorusersgroup"; you know why, you can set up a local group manually, note that the name must be the one mentioned above, and then add your installation account to the group, Rerun the side of the prerequisite check, OK
