Changhong finally signed mysap CRM. Yesterday, the customer manager in charge of Changhong specially called to tell me the message. At that moment, I felt a lot of emotion.

Almost two years later, I flew to Chengdu in Shanghai and ran to Mianyang from Chengdu. I did not know how many times I had taken this road. Recalling the days of communication with Changhong it and various business departments, from function introduction to system demonstration, as well as functional proposal preparation and Q &, the leaders, colleagues, and I of SAP finally achieved results in their efforts on this project.

Although it is difficult to guess why Changhong decided to choose sap's CRM product, I still tried to summarize some reasons from SAP's standpoint. Without talking about sap's position in the industry and various statistical data, let's just look at CRM:

This is undoubtedly crucial. The mysap CRM solution, also a member of the SAP product family, has unique advantages over the integration of Changhong's existing production, finance, and other SAP systems. In terms of integration, Changhong does have a lot of lessons for reference. 2. Powerful functions of mysap CRM.
Perhaps, from the operational aspects of the front-end business, SAP's CRM products are indeed not as fancy as some other manufacturers. But many people may not know, in fact, SAP's efforts in CRM have even exceeded its R/3 product (CRM> r/3 is the single product component that sap has invested the most in development ). It is really difficult to show German style rigor with one or two PPT or demo. However, I believe that sap is the capability of thousands of R & D personnel around the world. One of the methods I often use is to tell customers: Which function do you think sap CRM should have, I will tell you why sap is more advantageous than other systems in this function.

Perhaps for Changhong or sap, a domestic and international giant, the amount of this contract seems insignificant, but its amount is actually quite heavy. It is difficult for projects related to mysap CRM to comply with the following three points: first, this is a CRM project in the full sense, and it does not seem to be a bit unjustified when it is connected to other SAP systems at the same time; second, Changhong uses it to manage its core business-after-sales service. We all know the importance of after-sales service quality for Domestic Appliance Enterprises. Third, considering the position of Changhong in the industry, if this project is the beacon of sap crm products in the home appliance industry, it should not be too much.
