Front USB connector not available

The USB interface in front of the computer host can not be used after the USB device is connected.

This is typically caused by a connection error on the front USB interface or a port disable. First open the Device Manager window to see if the USB connector on the serial device part is disabled.

Also, if the chassis is in a faulty sequence, the front USB connector will not be available. Typically, the red line is the power supply cathode (the wiring is labeled +5v or VCC), the white wire is a negative voltage data line (labeled data-or USB port-), the Green Line is a positive voltage data line (labeled data+ or USB port+), and black lines are grounded (labeled ground or GND). Some manufacturers think of the universality of USB cable and motherboard connection, the signal line decentralized processing, but also identifies each signal line, this is to adapt to many types of USB interface.
