No network connection
: The mobile phone must be connected to the Internet for weather updates. Make sure that mobile data or WLAN is enabled.

Automatic Weather update not set
: The mobile phone must be set to automatically update the weather; otherwise, the weather will not be updated automatically.
1. Click the weather icon on the standby interface.
2. Click menu in the lower left corner of the phone and select set ].
3. Click automatic refresh ].
4. Select the automatic refresh time. Here, we will select "every 3 hours" as an example.
Set automatic weather update
: If automatic update is set, we recommend that you delete the weather widget and try again.
Add a new weather widget
: If automatic update is set, we recommend that you delete the weather widget and try again.
1. Click the weather icon on the standby interface.
2. Drag it to the bin on the top of the screen. When the bin turns red, just let it go.
3. Click application ].
4. Click widgets at the top of the screen ].
5. Slide the screen page with your fingers to find the weather ].
6. Click and hold the weather widget, drag it to the position you want to add, and then let it go.
Reset mobile phone
: A third-party software conflict in the mobile phone may cause the weather to fail to be automatically updated. We recommend that you reset the mobile phone.
After the mobile phone is restored to the factory settings, all data in the mobile phone's internal storage devices will be cleared, including short messages, contacts, and downloaded applications. Therefore, before you restore the factory settings on your mobile phone, back up the useful data on your mobile phone to avoid loss.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Click application on the standby page ].
2. Click set ].
3. Click account ].
4. Click Reset ].
5. Select restore factory settings ].
6. Click Reset device ].
7. Click delete all ].
