Is Shitter a funny project or a genius idea? Maybe both of them are?
Like a small printer, Shitter also needs to turn information on the Internet into paper, which makes it possible to doubt whether it violates the electronic trend. However, Shitter may be more creative than a small printer, because it is indeed something you can use.
What is Shitter? Simply put, it turns your Twitter information into four volumes of toilet paper.
Cloud of the ancients:I wrote an article in my life, mostly on the third: I am on the right, I am on my pillow, and I am on my toilet. It can be seen that the toilet is a good place to think.. I don't have to be a writer, but before I went to the bathroom, I had to spend time with a book (or newspaper or magazine). Until now, the book and newspaper have become a smartphone, the read content may also turn into various types of information on social networks.
Smartphones will inevitably damage your eyes, and there is a danger of mistakenly falling down the toilet with it. Shitter can avoid these troubles.
On the home page of Shitter, a line of text says "social media has never been used with me." After logging on with a Twitter account, you can select your own Tweet, Timeline, List, Favorite and other information, or select a specific account's Tweet. After the selection, order the toilet paper on the website. The cost is 35 USD.
According to VentureBeat, four developers of Shitter live in New York and Sydney. They call themselves Collector's Editon, an entertainment company that builds interesting web pages and services. They once made a website dedicated to explaining "Mate" usage.
"Obviously, this is not serious enough. But we have a reason to be happy because we have avoided advertising from Twitter's way of making profits, "said David Gillespie, founder." We all have other jobs, and of course we are happy to do this on a full-time basis. As you can see, "Mate" is the company's first project. Now we have this project. We still have no direction, but I think we need to plan some ways to provide entertainment for people. I don't know where the revenue is. When a suitable project appears, it is very likely that the brand will be needed to invest. Of course, I can't imagine Kleenex writing their names on Shitter.
However, it seems that their idea is not that bad. Angel Investor Howard Lindzon, founder of StockTwits, said on Twitter that he was willing to invest. He thought the project was "funny and smart ".
