In some Word documents, it is sometimes necessary to change the case, full half-width state of the recorded English. Changing the case feature can quickly accomplish these tasks. The method is as follows:
1. Select the characters you want to change the case.
2. Perform "format" → "Change case" to open the Change Case dialog box.
3. In this dialog box, make the following selections as appropriate:
Capitalize sentence: Capitalize the first letter of the first word in the selected text.
Lowercase: Changes all letters of the selected text to lowercase.
Uppercase: Changes all letters of the selected text to uppercase.
Capitalize: Capitalize the first letter of each word in the selected text.
Toggle Case: Converts uppercase letters in the selected text to lowercase letters and lowercase letters into uppercase letters.
Half-width: Converts the selected letters to Half-width, which is equally valid for numbers and common symbols.
Full angle: Converts the selected letter to full angle and is equally valid for numbers and common symbols.
4. Click "OK" button.
Tip: When you select text, press SHIFT+F3 to convert between "uppercase", "all caps" and "all lowercase", and press Ctrl+shift+a to toggle between "all caps" and "all lowercase".
