When you add a picture to a Clip Gallery, Clip Organizer automatically creates search keywords based on the file name extension and folder name. In addition, adding new keywords to your picture clips as needed can make your search more explicit and quick. Action steps are as follows:
1. Open the Clip Organizer window, and in the Collection list box, select the collection folder that contains the picture object you want to manipulate.
2. In the right file display box, locate the picture you want to add a keyword to. Right-click to perform edit keywords and open the Keywords dialog box.
3. In the Keyword box, enter the new keyword you want to set for the picture.
4. Click the Add button to add the keyword to the list box below. Use the same method to continue adding new keywords. Select a keyword in the keywords for current clip list, and you can modify and delete the action.
5. If you only need to add a keyword to a picture, and then click OK to save and exit the dialog box after you do the above action. If you want to manipulate many pictures, click the Apply button, and then click the previous or Next button on the left side of the dialog box to find the next picture you want to add a keyword to (if you don't "apply", a pop-up query box prompts you to save the changes).
6. Click the OK button.
