In the Find and Replace dialog box, you can replace the specified content with something else. Steps are:
1. Perform "edit" → "replace" (or press Ctrl+h) to open the Replace tab of the Find and Replace dialog box.
2. In the Find what box, enter the content you want to find, in this example, enter "5." If you have other requirements, you can click the Advanced button to display advanced options for the window. This example sets the Lookup object to a bold format.
3. In the Replace with box, set an alternative, you can enter text, format text, or click the Special characters button to set it.
4. Click the Find Next button, Word starts looking from the insertion point, finds the target that meets the criteria, automatically selects the object, and clicks the Replace button if you want to replace it. If you want to replace all of the lookup objects at once, click the Replace All button.
This example demonstrates the bold "5" (for highlighting, shown as red) replaced with Chinese italic "WU" (Other bold "5" cannot be replaced); In addition, change all the letter formatting in the document to "pink" or "initial" by replacing the find content.
