In a Word document, there are three ways to change the direction of text.
First, use the Standard toolbar, "Change the text direction" button
You can switch between the horizontal body and the vertical body. As you change the text direction, the page orientation is changed as well. If your document is divided into sections, just select some of the text in a section, and then rearrange the text direction (page orientation) for that section only.
Second, use the Text Direction dialog box
1. Execute "format" → "Text Direction" (or right-click, select "Text Direction" command), open the text Direction-main Document dialog box.
2. In the Direction box, click to select the text direction you want.
Note: The middle row 1, 32 orientations are not available when you are working on the body, but they are available for text in objects such as text boxes, frames, or table cells.
3. Select a range of actions in the Applies to box.
Tip: Options such as selected text, selected sections, this section, after insertion point, entire document, depending on whether the text is selected, the section in the document. An example of an animation in which to change the alignment of selected text.
4. Click "OK" button.
Third, use the Page Setup dialog box (see "Getting Started with Word animation tutorial 22: Columns and Text Flow")
Finally, to introduce an interesting technique, select text, the font will be set to "@ font", such as "@ Song body", you can make the text directly counterclockwise rotation 90 degrees, and the original before and after the text can remain continuous.
