In the same Word document, we can set up criss-cross pages to accommodate the layout requirements of different objects in width. Set the method as follows:
1. Place the insertion point in front of the characters that you want to landscape on the page.
2. Execute "file" → "Page setup ..." To open the Page Setup dialog box.
3. Switch to the Margins tab.
4. Select "Landscape" in "orientation".
5. Select the insertion point after the "preview" applies to the Drop-down menu.
6. Click "OK" button. After the insertion point, a section break (visible in normal view) is inserted, the contents of the insertion point are divided into the next page, the page becomes landscape, and the original page setting is maintained before the insertion point. In the same way, you can change a different page of a landscape page to a portrait page.
Tips:
1. If a section break exists in the document, a "This section" item is added to the "Apply to" drop-down menu in the Margins tab of page Setup, and selecting it will only make changes to this section of the page.
2. In the Page Setup dialog box, you can also change the settings for paper, margins, and so on for certain pages while you are setting up the page.
