Getting Started with Word animation Tutorial 32: Print Preview

In the previous tutorial, print Preview has been used more than once. By previewing, the user can see the actual effect of the document printed on the page before it is printed, called WYSIWYG. If the user is not satisfied, you can edit and modify the corresponding, until the requirements to print, so that the waste of paper.

You can enter the print preview view by executing the file → print preview command, or by clicking the Print Preview button on the toolbar that you use. On the Preview toolbar, the following buttons exist:

1. Print: Print the document as it is currently set.

2. Magnifier: You can switch between the enlarged page and the edited document. When you enter Print preview view, the Magnifier button on the toolbar is automatically selected. When you move the mouse pointer over the document page, it is a magnifying glass, and if you have a "+" number, you will display the contents of the document in 100% proportions, regardless of whether you click the left or right button, and the magnifying glass changes to a "-" sign and a mouse click, is restored to the proportions before amplification. Click the Magnifier button to remove its sag, and in the page edit area the pointer shape becomes "I", and you can edit the document directly without closing the preview.

3. Single page: Displays a page of content in the current window.

4. Multi-page: Displays multiple page contents in the current window.

5. Zoom: Sets the proportional dimensions that are currently displayed. You can select a scale, or directly enter a number to display the document page proportionally.

6. View ruler: Show or hide rulers in preview state. You can use the ruler to adjust the margins directly in the preview state.

7. Shrink font padding: Compress the few text on the last page to the current page by narrowing the font size or spacing between paragraphs and characters.

8. Full screen: Hide the window items to display as many document pages as possible.

9. Close: Exit preview mode, restore the original view method.
