"Copy" means to "copy" a portion of a document and then place it in another location, while the "copied" content remains in place as is. To copy text, you can choose from the following methods:
First, the use of Windows Shearing Board
First step: Select the text you want to copy
Step two: Copy.
Method One: Perform "edit" → "copy".
Method Two: Right-click on the selection text and select Copy on the shortcut menu.
Method Three: Press CTRL + C.
Method Four: Click the Copy button on the Standard toolbar.
Step three: Click the left mouse button to place the insertion point where you want to place the text.
Fourth step: Paste.
Method One: Perform "edit" → "paste".
Method Two: Right-click and select Paste on the shortcut menu.
Method Three: Press CTRL + V.
Method Four: Click the Paste button on the Standard toolbar.
Second, left-drag
Position the mouse pointer over the selected text, hold down the CTRL key, and then drag it to the destination by pressing the left mouse button, with a "+" sign at the bottom right of the mouse pointer.
Three, right button drag
Position the mouse pointer over the selected text, press and hold the right button to drag to the destination, release the right button, and select Copy to this location on the shortcut menu.
Four, SHIFT+F2
Select the text, press SHIFT+F2, and the status bar will appear where do you want to copy? Word, click where you would place the copied object, and then press ENTER.
Note: For other objects in the document, the Copy method is ibid. However, some methods may not apply to a specific object, such as the right drag method can not be applied to the table, SHIFT+F2 does not apply to tables, AutoShapes and so on.
