Git error fatal:open/dev/null or DUP failed:no such file or directory

Null is a special system file that actually provides a virtual device for the operating system, and the driver for this search device is C:windows\system32\drivers\null.sys
Solution:
Take Win7 as an example, right-click on the computer-manage-view, tick show hidden devices:

Click Non-Plug and Play drivers

Right-click on the Null-Property-driver-if it is started then click Stop, then click Start, type Select to start
