GitHub lets developers and designers around the world work together to communicate. GitHub not only offers a large number of open source projects, programming language code, he has also published Windows and OS X desktop applications, allowing us to seamlessly integrate GitHub at work.
However, there are many GitHub features that are not well known to most people, and the HPE control network collects 10 of the GitHub features that are not known to everyone.

Gist is a proprietary feature of GitHub. Allows us to manage code snippets. Of course, you can also browse and find a large number of code snippets in various languages. Gist is simple and intuitive to use. But, you know, you can add code files directly? Just drag and drop the file in gist, and the code in the file will be copied immediately. This can save a lot of time.

Most people who manage GitHub repositories are using the free GitHub app. GitHub also created an app called Webflow, which allows us to manage content on the Web interface.

4. File Search
Working with new files, you can also quickly browse these files in any repository. This feature is not too obvious and requires a shortcut to press "T" on the keyboard to activate the file Finder function. Look up and down by pressing the up and down keys. Of course, you can also enter a file name to select a specific file.

GitHub can also use Emoji, and we can find all the emoji codes in the Emoji Cheat sheet. This code can be added to the readme.md file for various projects.

While most people prefer to work with the GUI, there are people like the CLI (Command line Interface), and for such people, the Github CLI is the favorite. The Github CLI starts with the hub. It brings other commands that you can use with GIT commands. >> View Hub
7. Links
Sometimes we need to share or output special lines in our own file projects. GitHub can be implemented, we just need to add "#L" placed after the URL line number, please look at the picture.
8. Task List
GitHub expands the markdown to meet its needs, and now you can add a check box list on GitHub, using-[] or-[x] to represent a check item. Note that the check box only appears in the list item. "[]" must begin with "‐". Here's a box of examples:
-[x] Create a post.
-[x] Create a page.
