Page crashes upon initialization failure:
In the browser pop-up window, "application initialization failed (0xc0000005. Click confirm to terminate the application ."
Cause:
It is likely that the sandbox feature of Google Chrome is caused by a Symantec Endpoint conflict.
Solution:
Method 1: append the-no-sandbox command line parameter (that is, cancel the sandbox mode)
Add the-no-sandbox parameter to the Google Chrome shortcut
Path C: \ Documents ents and Settings \ Administrator \ Local Settings \ Application Data \ Google \ Chrome \ Application \ chrome.exe
Parameter-no-sandbox
Principle: Change the shortcut and disable Chrome Sandbox.
1. Find the Chrome shortcut on the desktop.
2. Right-click the shortcut and select "Property)
3. move the cursor to the end of the line (usually. exe) in the Target box, empty a cell, and then tap the words
-No-sandbox
Note that there are two dashes in front of no and one in front of sandbox
4. OK
Method 2: conflict with Symantec Endpoint
Go to "add and delete Applications"> "symantec endpoint xxx"-"modify" to cancel the "Application and network-driven Application and Device Control" module.
Final recommended solution:
If neither of the above methods works, use:
1. Based on method 1
2. Select "run this program in compatible mode" on the shortcut-"compatibility" tab.
3. Select Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack5) from the drop-down list)
4. OK
