In terms of content integration, unlike Microsoft's several years of accumulation and Yahoo's emphasis on internal potential tapping, Google has many areas to improve after its search business slows down, for example, the capabilities of the community and service customers, Google's acquisition of large numbers since last year, including the acquisition of video service provider Youtube for $1.6 billion and the acquisition of DoubleClick, are making up for its shortcomings.
In fact, Google was able to beat Microsoft and Yahoo in both acquisitions, mainly because of the problems of the two giants themselves. Microsoft is facing global anti-monopoly pressure.
