Microsoft's Group Policy is four steps away
First step: Create a Group Policy;
The second step: Edit the policy content;
The third part: Issued to the corresponding OU;
Fourth Step:gpupdate/force Force Refresh Group Policy.
1: Start menu, Administrative Tools, open Group Policy Management, in the Group Policy object, right-click Create New GPO.

2: Create a printer policy.
