Previously we only knew that customers needed to do such a function, but did not pay attention to why. What problems were solved after doing it. We only focus on how to achieve it. In fact, this is not right. If we want to guide our customers, we have to focus on the front and the back, not just the intermediate implementations. Because the essence of business is in front and back, the middle is just the technical realization of the business. For the customer, he doesn't care how you do it, he cares more about whether you have fulfilled his business needs. These are the customer's focus. So for any business we can't just stand on the programmer's point of view, the technology company's perspective, for any business we need to figure out its front and back, to understand its context, so that we can stand in the customer's perspective to think about the problem, and ultimately lead the customer consumption.
