Because the DEM data in H5 (HDF5) format needs to be spliced, but ArcGIS does not recognize H5 's geo-reference information, the H5 file is first converted to a geo-referenced TIF file before stitching.
Tool: Arcgis+envi
1. Add data with ArcGIS Add, then right-click on data, export, output type TIFF, assuming the output file name is data1.tif;
2, open the data1.tif with ENVI, and then open the image corresponding to the DEM, according to the image map info to edit the data1.tif geographical reference information;
3, using Envi file== "Save As = =" Tiff/geotiff Save the image, Data.tif, that is, the inclusion of geographic information TIF;

Arctoolbox->data Management Tools->raster->raster Dataset->mosaic or mosaic to new raster, then select input as required Raster and output raster also have a name.
