Click on the "<" button to login to your icloud account. Depending on the backup device name, backup time, click the "Download" button to download the backup files on your icloud account to this computer. (After the first successful download, jump to icloud backup recovery mode, otherwise you can click the "Start" button to jump operation)

If your icloud account has been entered more than once, it is recommended that you change the network or choose to log on during idle time. You can also try to change DNS for your computer system.
