1. All-in-one Machine-Error Document feeder Jam, clear the ADF media case, open the ADF cover.

2, carefully remove the case media. Gently remove the page. Don't tear it.

3, close the ADF cover plate. Clear the ADF Media tab to open the ADF end cover. Check to see if all the wrapping bands inside the ADF have been torn

4. Remove the Plug and remove the parts. Lift two handles with both hands until the part of the meshing part is loosened. Rotate and lift the case to remove the part and put it aside.

5. Lift the green handle and rotate the paper-picking machine until it is open.

6, gently remove the page, pay attention not to tear it. If you feel resistance, please go to the next step.

7, open the ADF cover plate, gently loosen the media with both hands.

8. When the media is not obstructed, gently pull it out along the direction shown.

9. Close the flat panel scanner cover (HP LaserJet 3390,3392,3052,3055).

10, put down the green handle.

11. Insert the purge parts to reinstall. Press two pieces of press until the parts are stuck in place. Install the purge part correctly, and you may still be able to plug it later if the purge part is not properly reinstalled.

12, close the ADF cover plate.
