H.264 use of JM

H. 264 is a video compression standard jointly developed by I Organization) and ITU (abbreviation of the International Telecommunication Union). Open the bin folder and find the path shown above to copy the file. Put it in D: \, which is mainly used to facilitate path input in the DOS window.
