Iii. Working Principle
The instrument mainly consists of a rectifying and filtering circuit and a baseline voltage regulator circuit,CPUSampling Circuit, mixed color output circuit, and connection processing circuit. Shows the connection diagram:

2, Instructions for use
(1) Boot
Power plug in220/50Mains, and then turn on the host switch on the back of the chassis. The system enters the preparation status.
(2) Calibration instrument
From three colors LED Take a sample lamp from the packaging bag as the calibration lamp, place the lamp in the test fixture, and select 3. Sample led Calibration Post-Press Enter Key... , Use BM-7 Measure R , G , B And manually input the wavelength and brightness values to the instrument as the calibration data. LED The lamp is saved as a control sample and the calibration is completed.
(3) Settings
Remove the saved control sample lamp and mount it into the test fixture. Select2.Sample led ParameterPost-PressEnterKey...,After the calibration data is extracted, enter the coordinates and brightness values for the color. The instrument automatically colors the data. After the color scheme is complete, the instrument automatically saves the parameters as the control parameters.
(4) Test
put the three-color led into the test fixture and select 5. target led mixing press enter and the instrument starts to mix colors, when the color mixing is stopped, the instrument automatically switches to the data window and changes the current I , voltage v and resistance values to be matched r display. Click "automatically print" or manually record RGB resistance values required for each tube core, paste the printed / recorded labels to the corresponding led the test is completed on the packaging bag.

3And precautions
(1The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place and kept clean. If not used for a long time, unplug the power plug and store it.
(2) Is not liable for faults caused by improper use or environmental exceptions.
