Hmp4.1 license activation failed

After hmp4.1 (centos5.2 and rhel4.7) is installed, activation of the license using CLI fails. the following error occurs when you open the log:

 

[Clicense: getactivelockcode ()] failed to get lock code

 

Dlstatus finds that dlgsysclockserver and dlgclockdaemon do not exist.

 

Find the cause and solution on the dialogic website (the website error occurs in hmp3.1): libstdc ++. so.5 was missing ., you need to install the legacy library package "compat-libstdc ++-33"

 

I searched on contos5.2 and did not find the library. On rhel4.7, I found that the Library is located at:/usr/local/switchkit/bin/libstdc ++. so.5.

 

Install compat-libstdc ++-33 on contos5.2 and reinstall hmp4.1. The license is activated successfully. After ipmedia start, the two services are started.
