How can I modify and edit a PPT master file?

Operations

1. Open the office ppt software first, as shown in the figure below.

2. Click "View"> "slide master" in the ppt, as shown in the following figure:

3. Careful friends will find that our selection card is changed to a "slide master", and a "close Master View" is also displayed, as shown in the figure:

4. First try Beijing, click the "background style" button, and select a background style:

5. The background changes.

6. Select another edit box, switch to the format tab, and click the shape outline button, select a color (such as yellow) from the pop-up panel and set the relevant line type:

7. You can set other formats according to your work requirements. After the settings are complete, switch to the "slide master" tab and click the "close Master view" button to exit the master editing mode:

8. Back to normal editing, we can see our PPT master:

Note: If you are not sure about editing the file, we can first back up the PPT master to avoid unnecessary trouble.
