1. open PowerPoint 2010, click the "slide show" tab, and there is a "use Presenter View" option in the "monitor" monitoring group. This option is used to project full screen slides to the large screen, my computer can see not only slides but also remarks and timing information;
2. click "use Presenter View". A warning message is displayed. This option tells us that only one monitor is detected on the current computer, to "use the Presenter View", you must have two or more monitors. Make sure that your computer is connected to the projector or another monitor, click "check;
3. Now the computer has been connected to the projector. You can see that two monitors have been displayed. In "display selection", select "extend these displays" and click "OK;
4. Select "retain changes ";
5. then, click "use Presenter View" to bring up a warning dialog box. Then, you need to modify the "Display position". "display position" is the monitor used to show slides on the full screen, here, our second monitor is used to show slides on the full screen;
6. press F5 to show the slides. The Presenter View is displayed. In addition to the slides, the current remarks and timing information are displayed, in addition, we can see the next slide so that we can prepare in advance, while only the slide content will be displayed on the screen.
