1. Paper jams appear inside the printer, causing crashes
Specific performance:When the printer is printed, it does not reflect. First, check the LED status or panel prompts. Lenovo printers all have LED panels or corresponding indicators. Determine according to the prompts. For example, if the printer is prompted with internal Paper Jam, solution: remove the paper jam. See the LJ2400 indicator in the figure below.
Procedure:
1. Open the front cover of the machine;
2. Slowly pull out the toner cartridge unit and toner cartridge components from the device, so as to avoid damage;
3. If the paper is still in the device, gently remove it;
4. Pull the tray from the printer completely;
5. Pull the stuck paper from the printer down;
6. Open the back cover (back-end tray );
7. Press the lever in your own direction to open the fixed film unit cover (1 );
8. Pull the stuck paper from the Shadow Unit and close the back cover.
The above can solve the problem caused by paper jam.
II. Machine prompt: change the toner cartridge
Lenovo printers have indicator lights or LCD screen reminders, Toner alarm or LED panel prompts toner used up, this will not be printed, solution: replace the new original toner box, change it to solve. The following figure shows the LJ2400 indicator.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Make sure that the printer is enabled. Open the front cover;
2. The toner cartridges and toner cartridges are extracted;
3. Press the green lock Rod and remove the toner cartridge from the toner cartridge unit;
4. Open a new toner cartridge package. Hold the toner cartridge with both hands and gently shake it five or six times so that the toner in the toner cartridge is dispersed evenly;
5. Load the new toner cartridge into the toner cartridge unit until it is inserted into the correct position and the sound is triggered. If the installation is correct, the lock lever will be automatically lifted;
6. Pack the toner cartridge unit and toner cartridge component back to the printer and close the front cover;
After replacement, the printer crashes caused by the exhaustion of toner.
3. Machine prompt: Clean the dizzy.
Lenovo printers have indicators or LCD reminders. When the error light and toner cartridge light on the printer machine flash at the same time, or the panel prompts to clean the dizzy. Solution: Clean the filament. The indicator is shown as follows:
The procedure is as follows:
1. Open the front cover;
2. Slowly remove the toner cartridges and toner cartridges;
3. Gently slide the green slider around the left and right several times to clean the active and electrical motion of the toner cartridge unit;
4. Pack the toner cartridge unit and toner cartridge component back to the printer and close the front cover.
4. Machine error: Memory full
Lenovo printers have indicators or LCD reminders. When the machine prompts that the memory is full or the panel has an error light alarm, but there is no paper shortage or no paper jam, it may be that the memory is full, and the light status is shown in the figure below.
Solution: Clear the data left in the printer memory.
Specific steps: when printing, press the Go button for about 4 seconds until all the lights are on, cancel the job, simplify the document or reduce the print resolution.
5. Machine prompt: unable to print.
Special case: all the lights on the printer flash, or the panel prompts that the printer cannot print **. This is the call service status, which is highly likely to cause hardware faults, as shown in the figure below:
Solution:
Turn off the printer and re-open it. If it is turned on, all the lights will flash. If the printer is shut down for more than half an hour after power-off, the fault still persists, indicating that the printer hardware is faulty.
