Using the merge and compare features in PowerPoint 2010, you can compare the current presentation and exchange changes with others using e-mail and network shares, and this feature will be useful at work.
At work, sometimes we need to merge multiple presentations into one presentation and keep the template and animation effects of the source slide, how do you implement PowerPoint 2010?
Operation Steps:
New Presentation-review-click Compare (combine another presentation with the current presentation)
Clicking "Compare" will pop up a new window (select the file you want to merge with the current presentation) as shown in the figure:
In the pop-up window, select the PPT file you want to merge, click Open, PowerPoint will insert the original presentation into the current presentation, and then click the Red Arrow area (where all the slides have been inserted) as shown in the following illustration:
Click here to insert your original presentation into the current document.
Or, after you open the old presentation, click "Accept" and click "Accept revision" as shown below.
After "Accept tracked changes," Wait a moment, the old presentation and new presentation can be merged perfectly, and the templates, animation effects, and so on in the original presentation will remain unchanged, as shown in the figure:
The presentation is better than the perfect merge, and the new presentation will be inserted by default in front of the old presentation, with priority played and adjusted to suit your situation.
