You can zoom in on a Word document to view the document more closely, or you can shrink the document to see more of the content on the page. You can also save a specific zoom setting with a document or template.

You can choose to see how much of the document is on the screen. Do one of the following:
• On the View tab, in the Display scale group, click Zoom 100%.
• On the View tab, in the Zoom group, click Single page, two-page, or page width.
• On the view option, in the Zoom group, click Zoom, and then enter a percentage or select any other settings you want.
Save a specific zoom setting with a document or template
To save a specific zoom setting with a document or template so that the document or template always opens with that specific zoom setting, you must first make a change in the document or template. The change is simply to add and remove a space so that you can ensure that the document or template is edited and the settings are saved.
1, open the document or template that you want to save with a specific zoom setting.
2, on the View tab, in the Zoom group, click Zoom.
3, select the desired settings.
4. Add and delete a space in the document or template.
5. Click the Microsoft Office button
