1. Windows Transfer
① Connect your device to the USB port on your computer. The first time you connect you may see the installation driver.
Once installed, slide the notification panel down and click the notification Select Media Sync from the list of options (MTP)
② device connected to your computer as a new drive, a playback hint should appear on your screen.
If not, follow the "My Computer/Computer" prompt icon to find your device name. Copy files back and forth as you normally do.
2. MAC OS Transmission
① Install the Android file transmitter from Www.android.com/filetransfer, follow these instructions
(If you use the Android file transmitter for the first time, double-click to open it.) After the first connection, it will automatically open whenever you connect. )
② Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable. The Android file transmitter starts, and in the not-running state, opens a window that displays details of your device's contents and internal memory at the bottom.
③ Use this window to work the same way as a Finder window: Open and Close folders, create new folders, and drag files from Windows and other finder windows
④ Disconnect the USB connection after you have finished.
3. Change USB Connection
① start the USB computer connection and connect your device to the USB port on your computer. Slide the notification panel down and click on the notification.
② is selected from the following connection types:
-Phone charge-use USB cable to charge.
-Media Sync (MTP)-Click to transfer files in the window; Macs, use the Android file converter (Www.android.com/filetransfer)
-Send picture (PTP)-Send a picture from your device (available when MTP is not supported)
